At Nexus ReGen Ltd, we are committed to maintaining the highest standards of quality in the soils and aggregates listed on our digital platform. To ensure this, we have established the following policy to guide the actions of both listers and bidders on our platform.

It is the responsibility of the user to ensure they are aware of all technical specifications and regulations for the material they are to list and/or bid on prior to use of the Nexus ReGen platform.

User categories

• Listers: Users who create listings to import or remove soils and aggregates on the Nexus ReGen platform.
• Bidders: Users who submit bids to supply or remove listed soils and aggregates.

Policy guidelines

Listers’ responsibilities

• Listers must provide suitable and accurate information regarding the soils and aggregates they list on our platform.
• All testing data and specifications must be included to ensure compliance with minimum standards and industry regulations.
• It is the responsibility of listers to ensure that the information provided is comprehensive and truthful.

Bidders’ responsibilities

• Bidders are required to carefully read and understand the details provided by the listers for each listing.
• Bids submitted must fully comply with the exact requirements specified in the listing.
• Bidders should not make assumptions regarding the quality or specifications of the listed soils and aggregates but must adhere strictly to the information provided by the listers.

Implementation

Nexus ReGen will provide guidance and support to help users use the platform. However, Nexus ReGen is not permitted to, and will not, advise on the content of listings and bids, and has no liability over the content of listings and bids.

Non-compliance may result in penalties, including suspension or termination of user accounts.

Review and revision

This policy will be regularly reviewed and updated as necessary to reflect changes in regulations, industry standards, or company procedures.

Feedback from users will be considered in the review process to continually improve our quality standards.

Breach of this policy

When we consider that a breach of this policy has occurred, we may take such action as we deem appropriate.

Failure to comply with this policy constitutes a material breach of our website terms and conditions upon which you are permitted to use our site, and may result in our taking all or any of the following actions:

• Immediate, temporary or permanent withdrawal of your right to use our site.
• Immediate, temporary or permanent removal of any Contribution uploaded by you to our site.
• Issue of a warning to you.
• Legal proceedings against you for reimbursement of all costs on an indemnity basis (including, but not limited to, reasonable administrative and legal costs) resulting from the breach.
• Further legal action against you.
• Disclosure of such information to law enforcement authorities as we reasonably feel is necessary or as required by law.

We exclude our liability for all action we may take in response to breaches of this policy. The actions we may take are not limited to those described above, and we may take any other action we reasonably deem appropriate.
