Accurate representation

Listings on Nexus ReGen Ltd’s digital platform must accurately represent the products, services, or opportunities being offered. Misleading or deceptive information is strictly prohibited.

Compliance with terms and conditions

All listings must adhere to the terms and conditions outlined in the Nexus ReGen Marketplace — Terms and Conditions document. Failure to comply may result in the removal of the listing and potential account suspension.

Acceptable use

Users must abide by the guidelines set forth in the Acceptable Use Policy while creating and managing listings on Nexus ReGen Ltd’s platform.

Legal compliance

Listings must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to those related to product safety, intellectual property rights, and consumer protection.

Quality standards

Nexus ReGen Ltd reserves the right to review and approve listings to ensure they meet quality standards. Listings that do not meet these standards may be rejected or removed.

Prohibited content

Listings containing offensive, illegal, or prohibited content are strictly forbidden. This includes but is not limited to content promoting violence, discrimination, illegal substances, or adult material. Reference the Acceptable Use Policy.

Responsibility

Users are solely responsible for the content of their listings, including any consequences resulting from inaccurate information or non-compliance with policies.

Feedback and reviews

Changes to listings

Users are responsible for keeping their listings up-to-date. Any changes or modifications to listings should be promptly reflected on the platform.

Breach of this policy

When we consider that a breach of this policy has occurred, we may take such action as we deem appropriate.

Failure to comply with this policy constitutes a material breach of our website terms and conditions upon which you are permitted to use our site, and may result in our taking all or any of the following actions:

• Immediate, temporary or permanent withdrawal of your right to use our site.
• Immediate, temporary or permanent removal of any Contribution uploaded by you to our site.
• Issue of a warning to you.
• Legal proceedings against you for reimbursement of all costs on an indemnity basis (including, but not limited to, reasonable administrative and legal costs) resulting from the breach.
• Further legal action against you.
• Disclosure of such information to law enforcement authorities as we reasonably feel is necessary or as required by law.

We exclude our liability for all action we may take in response to breaches of this policy. The actions we may take are not limited to those described above, and we may take any other action we reasonably deem appropriate.
