Submit your project documents in one place with no email chains and no chasers.

Barratt Redrow, Miller Homes and Taylor Wimpey are now using Nexus ReGen DataPoint across their projects. If you’re working on one of these projects, this is where you send your paperwork.

What is Nexus ReGen?

Nexus ReGen is a digital platform used across construction projects to manage material movement data and connect project teams with their supply chains.

It provides a single place to:

Share and manage material movement documentation

Track material movements across projects

Work more efficiently with project teams and other partners

What is DataPoint?

It’s a single submission point for the documents you already produce. No new paperwork just a consistent, agreed channel to send it through.

Waste Transfer Notes/ Haulage or load tickets/ Delivery tickets/ Manifests & permits/ Compliance docs/ Signed paperwork scans

Why does your client need this? Email chains, missing attachments, and “can you resend?” slow everyone down. DataPoint creates a single secure record so queries get answered fast and there’s a clear audit trail of what was submitted and when.

What this means for you (contractors,
hauliers, and waste partners)

Firstly, your client has mandated that Project Datapoint is a required repository to share information.

Secondly, using Nexus ReGen and Project DataPoint helps you:

  1. Protect your relationship with the customer
If Project DataPoint is mandated on the job, getting set up quickly helps you stay in good standing and keep work moving.
  2. Reduce back-and-forth and chasers
Submit once, then the project team has what they need without repeated requests for “the ticket”, “the WTN”, or “the permit”.
  3. Avoid changing how your team works on site
Keep using your existing tickets, PDFs, photos, and internal systems. Just submit them through the agreed channel.
  4. Reduce disputes with clearer proof
A clear record of what was submitted and when helps reduce friction when questions come up.
  5. Onboard faster across multiple projects
Once you are set up, it is easier to support multiple sites and clients without reinventing the process each time.

How it works

  1. Accept your invitation, you’ll receive a link via a Data Sharing Agreement (DSA), which securely links you to the project.
  2. Create your account (if you don’t have one) and accept the DSA.
  3. Upload your documents through the in-platform uploader WTNs, load tickets, permits, compliance paperwork.
  4. That’s it. Nexus ReGen stores the originals, extracts key details into a searchable record, and logs exactly what was submitted and when.

Common questions

  • Is this extra admin?
No, it replaces the admin. Fewer chasers, no lost attachments, consistent submissions.
  • Do I need new software?
No. Upload via browser, email, export, or integrate and keep your current process and submit through the agreed channel.
  • Is my data secure?
Yes. Access is controlled per project via the Data Sharing Agreement. Only the right stakeholders see the right information.

Getting started

  • Open your invitation email and create your account
  • Accept the Data Sharing Agreement for your project
  • Start submitting documents as normal site activity happens
