Our mission is to make cost reduction, compliance, and material reuse achievable at scale.
Nexus ReGen: powering regenerative construction
Nexus ReGen is a sustainable management and procurement platform for heavy construction materials, including soils, aggregates and asphalt. We connect projects and supply chain operators in one digital ecosystem, underpinned by materials intelligence that helps teams make better decisions on three essentials: compliance, cost and sustainability.
What We Do
We make it easier for project teams and supply chain partners to:
- Manage material imports, exports and movements with clearer visibility
- Buy, sell and reuse heavy construction materials through a single digital workflow
- Maintain a robust audit trail to support governance and assurance
- Produce quantified reporting, including estimated CO₂e savings
Why It Matters
Across construction and infrastructure, the industry is facing intensifying economic, legislative and environmental pressures. The old model—treating surplus material as waste by default—is becoming harder to justify and harder to afford.
Behaviour change is becoming unavoidable, driven by factors such as continually rising landfill tax, tighter expectations on compliance, and the growing need to demonstrate sustainable outcomes credibly and consistently.
Materials intelligence that turns surplus into resource
Nexus ReGen is built around materials intelligence: the ability to turn fragmented project and supply chain information into actionable decisions.
By creating the tooling and governance that makes cost reduction, compliance and circular outcomes achievable, we help the industry:
Reduce waste and unnecessary transport
Increase reuse and reduce reliance on primary materials
Improve transparency and decision-making across complex supply chains
Capture evidence to demonstrate performance with confidence
Our Mission
To help the construction industry turn surplus into resource at scale—making sustainable, compliant, cost-effective material management the simplest way to work.
